This policy covers tiaime.com only. It applies to general visitors and people who join our waitlist. A separate privacy policy will be published when the TiAiMe app launches.
1. Who We Are
TiAiMe is an AI-powered Life Coordination platform for modern families, based in Dublin, Ireland. We are the data controller for the personal information collected on this website. That means we decide how and why your data is used. If you have any questions, contact us at privacy@tiaime.com.

2. What We Collect and Why
We only collect what we need. Here is what that is and the reason we collect it.

We never collect more than we need. We never use your data for advertising. We never sell it.
3. How Long We Keep It

When a retention period ends, we permanently delete your data or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.
4. Who We Share It With
We work with a small number of trusted third-party providers to run this website. Each one is contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purpose we specify.

If you take part in an OpinionX survey, you are also subject to OpinionX's own privacy policy. We recommend reading it before participating. You can find it at opinionx.com/privacy.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for marketing purposes. We never will.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data. To exercise any of them, email privacy@tiaime.com with the subject line “Data Subject Request”.
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data. We will do so unless we have a legal reason to keep it.
- Restriction — ask us to pause processing your data in certain circumstances.
- Portability — request your data in a format you can transfer elsewhere.
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect anything done before withdrawal.
We will respond within one month. If your request is complex, we may take up to three months and will let you know.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) at dataprotection.ie or info@dataprotection.ie.
6. Keeping Your Data Safe
We use HTTPS encryption on every page. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We have breach detection and response procedures in place.
If a data breach occurs that puts your rights at risk, we will notify the Data Protection Commission within 72 hours and inform you without undue delay.
7. Children
This website is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact privacy@tiaime.com and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when our website or data practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If we make a material change that affects your rights, we will notify waitlist subscribers by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
